ประกาศเจตนารมณ์

Annouce Intention

          เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสังคมอย่างยั่งยืนทุกภาคส่วน โดยเฉพาะในภาคเอกชนให้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเกื้อกูลรวมทั้งสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ “วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม” ( Social Enterprise ) ที่ถูกต้องให้กับประชาชนทั่วไปโดยมีเหตุผลคือ  การประกอบกิจการหรือการดำเนินการของภาคเอกชนจำนวนมากไม่ว่าจะเป็นคณะบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลซึ่งมีเป้าหมายเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาชุมชนสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมอันถือเป็นการประกอบกิจการหรือดำเนินการเพื่อสังคมที่ยังไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการแข่งขันทางการค้า ทั้งระดับภายในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ สมควรกำหนดมาตรการต่างๆเพื่อจะให้ผลให้สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมได้รับการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสมและยั่งยืนต่อไป

          บริษัท  ส่งเสริมการศึกษาเพื่อสัมมาชีพ วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม  จำกัด   ได้ขอจัดตั้งตาม พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม  พ.ศ  ๒๕๖๒  ได้จดทะเบียนตามคณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนดและได้เน้นกิจกรรมและการดำเนินงานตามหมวดและมาตรา ที่ได้กำหนดจึงขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์ ของ บริษัท  ส่งเสริมการศึกษาเพื่อสัมมาชีพ วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม  จำกัด ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้ –

          ๑.เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการศึกษาระบบทางไกลในถิ่นทุรกันดารโดยผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงหรือสื่อสัญญาณอื่นเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสและยากจน

          ๒.เพื่อช่วยเหลือจัดหาทุนหรือสับสนุนให้ตั้งกองทุนสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการศึกษาระบบทางไกลในถิ่นทุรกันดารโดยผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงหรือสื่อสัญญาณอื่นเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสและยากจน

          ๓.ส่งเสริมและให้ความรู้ด้าน การศาสนา วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี และการกีฬาตลอดจนส่งเสริมให้ความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพพาลานามัยของตนเองและผู้สูงอายุและเด็ยวัยอ่อนตามกระบวนการสาธารณะสุข

          ๔.จัดฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านอาชีพอิสระหรือการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพระยะสั้นผ่านระบบโทรทัศน์หรือผ่าน Application บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ แก่บุคคลผู้สนใจทั่วไป

          ๕.สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือการจัดตั้งศูนย์เรียนรู้ การเกษตรอินทรีย์  การทำการเกษตรแปลงใหญ่  ตลอดจนให้ความรู้ด้านการตลาดการเกษตรทั้งภายในประเทศและภายนอกประเทศ

          ๖.เพื่อช่วยเหลือหรือสับสนุนหรือเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้แก่ “วิสาหกิจชุมชน”ทั่วประเทศที่ร้องขอมาให้ช่วย ซึ่งการช่วยเหลือจะช่วยงานในสังคมพื้นที่สร้างงานให้ชุมชนแนะแนววิธีการทำมาหากิน หรือการพัฒนาให้สังคมนั้นสามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองได้ โดยนำการศึกษาให้ความรู้เป็นช่องทางสนับสนุน

          ๗.เพื่อนำผลรายส่วนที่จะใช้ได้จากการดำเนินงานไปช่วยพัฒนาสร้างงานในพื้นที่ต่างๆตามพระราชบัญญัติ ซึ่งปัจจุบันนี้  บริษัท  ส่งเสริมการศึกษาเพื่อสัมมาชีพ วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม  จำกัด   กำลังดำเนินงานอยู่และจะดำเนินงานต่อไป

The Promotion of Education for Livelihood Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. has requested to establish according to The Social Enterprise Promotion Act B.E. 2562 has been registered according to the committee’s announcement and has focused on activities and operations in accordance with the categories and sections that have been specified. The Promotion of Education for Livelihood Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., details are as follows:

1. To support projects for the promotion and development of remote education systems in the remote areas through high-speed internet or other signal mediums to help the underprivileged and the poor.

2. To help fund or support the establishment of a fund to support the implementation of the promotion and development of remote education systems in the remote areas through high-speed Internet or other signal mediums to help the disadvantaged and poor.

3. Promote and educate on religion, culture, traditions and sports, as well as promote knowledge on health care for one’s own health and the elderly and young children according to the public health process.

4. Organize training to provide knowledge of independent occupation or short-term professional learning through television or through application on a mobile phone to people who are interested in general

5. Support and help the establishment learning center Agriculture, large plots of agriculture, as well as knowledge of agricultural marketing both within the country and outside the country.

6. To assist or support or be a consultant to “Community Enterprises” across the country requesting to help which help will help work in society in the area, create jobs for the community, give advice on how to make a living or the development of a society that can help oneself by bringing education and knowledge as a support channel

7. To bring the individual results that will be used from the operation to help develop jobs in various areas according to the Act, which at present, the Promotion of Education for Livelihood Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. is currently operating and will continue to operate.
